Self-Connection: Observation as an Insight Practice
Self-Connection: Observation as an Insight Practice
Noticing the beliefs and thoughts that shape experience
We experience events through the lens of our beliefs, assumptions, expectations, judgments, and stories.
This workshop offers a practical framework for exploring the relationship between what happens, the meaning we make of it, and the emotions that arise as a result.
Through guided reflection and structured exercises, participants will learn how to distinguish between observable facts and the thoughts, beliefs, and interpretations that shape their experience. This recurring process leads to greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, self-compassion, and choice.
Scheduling - this workshop will be held on 3 consecutive Thursdays.

Why This Matters
